Kids Equine Mindset Workshop is open to all young Equestrians Aged 6-15yrs.

Whether you are just starting out or you are already an advanced competitive rider - this workshop is for you!

Do you want your child to learn important powerful Mindset Skills to: Enhance their riding capabilities, improve their confidence and make them more resilient, learn to bust through their fears and anxiety and to step outside of their "Comfort Zone" into their "Stretching Zone", learn breathing and focus techniques to calm and connect with themselves and their horses and be able to Visualize Their Riding Success?

Let me show your child HOW to develop a Strong, Positive Mental Riding Mindset that will help them be able to ride with confidence, be more resilient and effective, help keep them safe, and give them tips and tools to help them connect calmly with their horse and with themselves.

Fun, interactive group workshop designed specifically for kids to teach young equestrians important Mindset Skills that they can use in their everyday lives as well as with their riding.

WORKSHOP CONTENT:

* Learn 5-Steps you can use to ride outside of your Comfort Zone and push through any fear or anxiety

* You will learn "Where Fear Comes From" and how to tame it and "Stretch"

* You will learn about your 'Comfort Zone" and Why it limits us in our Equestrian Journey.

* Learn to Visualize Your Riding Success

* Learn a Breathing Mindful exercise

* Create a fun "Riding Goal Vision Board"
