We have all felt a little nervous, anxious, or even afraid at times when we try or do something new with our horses, or something negative happens and it sets us back! This is all very common. Most people feel fear when they step outside of their comfort zone. The important thing is to not let that fear hold you back or stop you from being the best rider you can be!

Hi, my names Judy and Im a horse lover and owner, a mum of two, and a Certified Kids Life Coach at my company Inspired Life Coaching 4 Kids.  I am so excited to introduce to you my new fun "Kids Equine Mindset Coaching Workshops"!! 🦄

I am hosting a monthly workshop online via Zoom so it doesnt matter where your kids are, they can attend!. The workshops are designed to be fun and interactive with each focusing on different life skill sets and activities. Kids will learn important mindset & development skills to use in their everyday lives as well as in their riding, they will help build up their self-confidence, they will learn to goal set and to dream Big, learn to be responsible, learn how to interact positively with fellow riders and peers, learn mindfulness &relaxation exersices they can use before mounting their horse and while riding, bonding excersizes, and lots of fun discussions and activities!.

WORKSHOP 1: “Create Courage & Bust out of Your Comfort Zone when Riding!” 

WORKSHOP NAME: KIDS EQUINE MINDSET WORKSHOP

WHAT WE WILL COVER/ THE OUTCOME: 

⭐️You will learn 5 STEPS you can take whenever you feel afraid or anxious!

⭐️ You will learn "Where Fear Comes From” and how to “Stretch"

⭐️ You will learn all about our "Comfort Zone" and Why it limits us

⭐️ You will cover and discuss ways you can use your new found skills to manage any fear or anxiety you might feel when riding or handling your horse.

⭐️ You will learn how you can let go of any Fear, Doubt or Judgement you may feel

⭐️ You will know how to Create Courage and How to Step Outside of your Comfort Zone and into your Dream Zone, How you can connect more with yourself and with your horse to Achieve Success!.

⭐️ Activity 1: We then end off with a fun activity (In Equine Workshop 1: You will write down anything you are facing or afraid of doing with your horse that is causing you some fear or anxiety.  You will then use the 5 STEP Process to work through your concerns to be able to take Action!!

⭐️ Creative Activity 2: If time allows, we will make a "Riding Goal Vision Board"! or you can complete it afterwards in your own time or carry over to next workshop!
